2018 – Week 9 Picks - Jacknife Sports

Kyle had a big week as he made up some serious ground and took the lead in the straight up pick with week 8. Travis is fading away with his picks and Allan is holding steady and working his way closer to above .500 with his picks against the spread. (Travis - 7-8 SU, 8-7 ATS. Allan - 9-6, 8-7. Week 9 has quite a few top 25 teams going on the road. There are lots of potential pitfalls out there as you just got to throw the records out the window when you go on the road in conference play. Texas has reached some heights it hasn't seen for awhile. Can they handle the expectations against a disappointing Oklahoma State team? Will Penn State finally assert itself, or will Iowa continue its run towards another unexpected, successful season. Kentucky goes on the road ranked #12 against an unranked foe and is getting no respect from Vegas. Texas A&M has to travel to cowbell hell. Underwhelming Washington goes on the road to take on Cal. Wisconsin goes on a tricky road trip to Northwestern. Washington State has to go to Stanford. NC State has to go to the Carrier Dome. Clemson has to go to rival Florida State. So many road tests! And then you have the World's Largest Outdoor Cocktail Party. Who figured it was going to feature two top 10 teams this year? Halloween is in the middle of next week, so expect plenty of shots of fans and cheerleaders dressed up for the occasion.
